SSFF & ASIA was founded by actor Tetsuya Bessho, who is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), in the United States, in order to introduce short films as a new video genre to Japan. In 2004, it was recognized as an Oscar-certified film festival. 
In the same year, the Asian Short Film Festival (co-hosted with the Tokyo Asian Short Film Festival) was established to promote new Asian film culture and cultivate emerging filmmakers. Currently, these festivals are held under the general name "SSFF & ASIA". 
SSFF & ASIA 2025 will be held in multiple venues in Tokyo and online. With the theme of "Creativity, Activism, Generation", this year's festival will screen more than 250 of the latest short films from all over the world, in addition to competition units in various categories. Special screenings will include many films that are being shown in Japan for the first time.

We took the high-speed elevator up to the 350-meter-high observation deck and the 450-meter sky view corridor. The surrounding area is 360 degrees with large glass up to 5m. Standing there, looking at the distance from the bottom of the tower to 70 km, the clarity was amazing. The high-rise buildings in Tokyo City, the blocks, the ships in Putian River and the bridges in the river are clearly visible. In the corridors of the tubular glass structure, we taste the feeling of walking in the air. One of the floors was full glass, and I squatted there looking down at the ground without fear of heights at all.

There is an exhibition of Osamu Tezuka, Fire Bird. The place is not big, the scenery is OK, buy 100 yuan on site, only 70 yuan online, the cost performance is very high, not many people, it is worth a visit, friends who like quiet can go and have a look.

Apparently there won&#39;t be a dolphin show after the renovation, so I went to see it for my kids before then.The stage is small, so the distance is very close, and it&#39;s very impressive.The inside of the building is small and seems to be suitable for toddlers to elementary school students.

A Tokyo landmark, while certainly a bit of a departure from the postmodern Skytree, it&#39;s still worth a visit.
