Heirloom Tomato & Cucumber Salad with Five Fresh Herbs
 - Mediterranean style-warm spices, tangy yogurt, fresh herbs & a big bold salad
Pork Banh Mi Burger with Vietnamese Cole Slaw and Onion & Cucumber Pickle
 - authentic ingredients, with a twist- tangy Sriracha mayo, brioche bun, coleslaw with lime, rice wine vinegar , fresh herbs, and condiments!
Board Dressed Grilled Chicken with 
Warm Potato Salad 
- the best from summer’s garden- new crop potatoes, crunchy pickles, mustardy vinaigrette alongside Fraser Valley chicken with “salsa verde"
Lemon Posset
 - perfectly simple, ready for summer berries or just on it’s own

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
