A bit about 
Mitch
:
Mitch Grant is a personal trainer and strength coach at Depth Training and has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. Working with clients in group and one-on-one settings, he aims to help people enjoy movement and take control of their own fitness journey. Mitch keeps strength training functional and progressive while making sure his clients are having fun.
Outside of the gym Mitch runs ultramarathons and loves the process of training for endurance events. He is always drawn to the challenge of a big adventure in nature, and trail running is his movement of choice. He enjoys how consistency in training can have a big impact on fitness levels no matter where you are at in your running journey. Mitch is a big advocate of strength training for runners and leads the Depth Endurance Team, a welcoming group for runners of all levels.
