This high-energy workout blends 30 minutes of vibrant Soca dance with 30 minutes of classic Step aerobics. The 
Soca segment
 kicks off the class with Caribbean-inspired dance moves set to upbeat Soca music, focusing on cardio, rhythm, and full-body movement. The second half transitions into 
Step aerobics
, using a step platform for choreographed routines that target lower body strength, coordination, and endurance. Together, the class offers a fun, heart-pumping session that boosts cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and lifts your mood!
You can expect a free energy drink with your ticket & there will be much more stalls available to you for purchase such as FOOD, RECOVERY STATIONS, SEAMOSS etc.
