The performance of "Da Song Tokyo Dream" is a volume of impressions about the heyday of the Northern Song Dynasty. It is a historical reappearance of "The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival" and "Tokyo Dreams". It uses the classic Song dynasty and its artistic conception, such as "The Beauty of the Beauty", "Drunk Dongfeng", "Butterfly Flower" and "Man Jianghong", to outline the historical picture of the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty.

Although the museum isn&#39;t large and doesn&#39;t feature many so-called fine artifacts, it&#39;s packed with details and well worth a visit.
First, the clock in the first-floor lobby. Besides the time scale, the dial features spiral lines that display the names of Kaifeng throughout its dynasties, moving from the inside out. The hands scroll through these names, reminiscent of the ongoing march of history. In the combined exhibition hall, a series of stacked transparent glass panels vividly depicts the impressive appearance of Kaifeng&#39;s city upon city.
The Song Dynasty science and technology exhibition in the atrium is even more astounding. The massive water-powered astronomical observatory in the center is a 1:1 replica of the &quot;ancient high-tech&quot; technology I&#39;ve only seen in books. It&#39;s hard to imagine how the ancients designed, crafted, and assembled such a massive, complex, ingenious, and precise object.

The performance was a bit below expectations. The complimentary fans provided upon entry were a thoughtful gesture, and the calligraphy auction before the show was a bit surprising.

However, the Qingming Riverside Park is quite nice. The children loved the water play area and the children&#39;s playground. The NPCs were very interactive and the games were well designed. Going later in the summer won&#39;t be too hot, and there are plenty of programs. Food and drink are also relatively affordable compared to other amusement parks. I&#39;d definitely go back if I have the time.

I went there during the Chinese New Year and there were so many people. The prices in the scenic area are well controlled and there is no arbitrary price increase. You have to wait a long time to watch the performances, otherwise there is no place to sit.
