The XI North American Lithuanian Song Festival in Cleveland will showcase 1,500 singers representing 65 choirs from across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The performance will be accompanied by a folk orchestra from Cleveland’s sister city Klaipeda, Lithuania and joined by 100 folk dancers.
The festivals are recognized by UNESCO as a “Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity” and are held every 5 years.  Cleveland is hosting the event for the first time in its 70-year history in North America.  Cleveland has always been a welcoming home to so many ethnic communities. All of our neighbors in the Greater Cleveland area are invited to attend this unique concert. When is the last time you went to a concert with 1,500 singers in the choir?
