Welcome to SOS, the provider of the world's most empowering dance classes! This is the home of Amanda, your Birmingham BOSS, where you can learn super empowering, pop-inspired routines. The routines are created by the world's top backing dancers, who have worked with renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Dua Lipa, JLo, Little Mix, and many more. Our exceptional certified instructors, whom we call SOS BOSSES, are trained in the SOS teaching method at all SOS locations worldwide.

No need to worry if you're an absolute beginner. We understand that feeling nervous is common for your first class, and we've got you covered. All of our amazing SOS routines are broken down so that you can learn at your own pace. Our dance classes are not about perfection but about moving your body, feeling amazing, and most importantly, having fun. It's an opportunity for you to focus on self-care and self-love by dedicating an hour of your week just for yourself.

Our upcoming routine is choreographed by Bonnie Lister Parsons to Britney Spears' "Overprotected" (The Darkchild Remix). The class will start with a warm-up and gentle stretches to an incredible playlist that will get you moving. During the rehearsal process, the routine will be broken down into bite-sized sections, just like the pop diva experience, allowing you to learn the moves and build up the routine gradually. You can ask as many questions as you need. The performance section of the class is where you'll dance the entire routine, turning up the music to the max. This is a safe and judgment-free zone where you can truly let out your inner 'Sasha Fierce' and enjoy the dance.

SOS is not just about dance classes; it's also a community of women supporting women. We believe in creating a safe space for women to empower themselves and cheer for each other. Children like it very much, and they must rush with the baby party! I saw British schools on the spot also organize students to play. Generally speaking, it is worth going to the Whiskey Museum and the Peter Rabbit Museum. The first two are actually going to the shopping store to buy something. The door of the shopping store is open to passers-by.

We made a dedicated trip and had a lovely few hours. There was lots to see with split levels that kept your interest. The penguins were nice, the octopus made an appearance and we would have loved to see more of the otters., we see the otters.. There is plenty to see, read and touch. My grand daughter loved it all, the turtle in the tunnel is beautiful . It was clean, and we had a great time, would definitely go back, staff were helpful,its really nice and deserve to be visited again and again.

For a smaller town the Art Museum as great. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it if you are traveling to Birmingham. Make sure to call ahead to see if they are open.

We went to the hotel to drop our luggage, went to a big meal at a Michelin-star restaurant, and then began to get to know the city. First of all, we came to Victoria Square. A building imitating the Greek temple was very eye-catching. This was actually their town hall. A beautiful baroque building next to it was the Birmingham Museum and Art Museum. It was also free to visit, so I went in and strolled around. There were not many people. The exhibits are quite rich, from ancient Egypt to the present artwork, there are exhibitions.

There are Chinese Super League, restaurants, and many other specialty restaurants to choose from.
It&#39;s not hard to find something to eat here.
However, the food at this restaurant was a bit disappointing.
