Join us for a relaxing sound bath & guided meditation designed to help you create space for accepting and interacting with your emotions, particularly anxiety.
In our fast-paced world, many of us find our nervous systems stuck in a state of chronic stress and anxiety. The constant pressure to perform and manage an ever-growing list of responsibilities can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and in need of a reset. If you've been struggling with these feelings, you're not alone.
During this 45-minute experience, we will tend to our feelings and learn how to reset our nervous systems, enhancing our overall health.
What to Expect:
Breathwork:
 Discover the power of slow and controlled breathing techniques to reset your nervous system. By shifting from the sympathetic (stress) to the parasympathetic (relaxation) state, you’ll activate your body’s natural relaxation response, lowering heart rate and reducing blood pressure.
Sound Healing:
 Immerse yourself in live Solfeggio frequencies—ancient sound waves known for their ability to promote deep calm and well-being. Our sound artist will play these frequencies alongside beautiful crystal sound bowls, which add a rich, resonant quality to the experience. The harmonious vibrations from the bowls will guide us beyond words, facilitating profound healing and connection on a deeper level.
Mindfulness:
 Cultivate present-moment awareness to better understand and respond to your emotions rather than react impulsively. This practice allows for a conscious reset of your nervous system.
Through guided imagery and body scans, we’ll explore how stress and anxiety manifest in your body, approaching these feelings with compassion. We’ll also focus on attuning our minds to Divine love, fostering a deep reset of your mind-body-spirit connection.
Join us in creating a safe space to explore, understand, and gently work with our emotions, finding moments of peace amidst life’s challenges while cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves and the Divine.
After the meditation
, we’ll break into small groups for a guided discussion to share reflections, process the experience, and connect with others.
