I welcome you to join us in the heart of Deep Cove as you indulge in an evening of self-care and connection in community. We will open the space up with a gentle meditation, and then become immersed in the healing sounds of the crystal bowls. The evening will close with a personalized Oracle Card Reading for everyone.
Agenda:
The gathering will begin as we set our intention during a gently guided meditation.
The Sound Bath with the Crystal Bowls will create a space for you to journey even deeper inwards.
The benefits of a Sound Bath may include deeper relaxation, better sleep, mood enhancement, and an improved connection to your body.
Oracle and Tarot Card Readings will be offered to everyone in the group.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event so that you can settle into the space.

She has been reading Oracle and Tarot Cards for many years now and offers daily readings on her social media channels.
In addition, as a a qualified Holistic Massage Practitioner, having graduated in 2015 here in Vancouver, she is adept in bodywork, energy healing and massage. In her corporate career, she was a professional recruiter and worked for a number of high profile companies both here in Vancouver and in the UK. Ravinder is a consummate professional and took great care when assisting here clients on their career journeys.
Ravinder is from the UK and has lived here in Vancouver, Canada for some years now. She is committed to to her spiritual journey and loves to learn more about the deeper meaning of life.

At first, I thought it was just an ordinary suspension bridge. It didn&#39;t seem to be anything special. The ticket price was expensive, and the cost performance was not good. Later, I saw a 50% discount on Viator. I planned to board the cruise in the afternoon, so I went anyway. When I arrived at the gate, I found that there were many tourists. As expected, I had to queue up to get on the suspension bridge. Fortunately, I only queued for about 15 minutes. I thought it would be better to go earlier if there were fewer people. This attraction is still very fun to take children. Although we have been to the Wangtianshu Scenic Area in China before, the treetop adventure section is similar, but here there is a task list for children at the entrance, and they can exchange small gifts for completing it. There are many introductions about animals and plants. You can listen to the explanation according to the schedule, and you will also have the opportunity to touch the animals. It is suitable for children to explore and discover by themselves. The Hawk who likes to bask in the sun is very cute.

Grouse Mountain is a perfect natural landscape. In the summer, you can enjoy the green scenery all over the mountain. In the winter, it is also a good place for skiing. The Grouse Mountain tour bus can go directly to the sightseeing spot on the top of the mountain. The lake water is also a very clear resource.

The plank road is a must-see attraction when visiting the suspension bridge park. In fact, there is no danger. Even people like me who are afraid of heights think it is okay. The scenery here is super good, with mountains, water, lush greenery, and pleasant scenery.

Lynn Canyon Park has complete facilities for tourists, including walking trails in the forest, swaying suspension bridges over the canyon, waterfalls, and colorful streams. It is a great place for families, children, and friends to hike together and explore the forest canyon! Parking is charged at $3 per hour.
