Savour summer with joyful laughter, a forest sound bath, and a drink at Big Bang Cider. This special outdoor event will be one to remember.
Surrounded by the sounds of nature, we’ll begin with lighthearted laughter yoga exercises to energize both the mind and body. Then, sink into deep relaxation with the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other delightful instruments. Finally, we’ll gather for a moment of community connection among the apple orchards at Big Bang Cider.
Relax, recharge, and enjoy summer living!
Things to know:
From the main farm, we’ll walk over 
uneven terrain
 to reach the event space. This walk includes crossing a narrow, wooden plank bridge. Please wear comfortable shoes for this 2-minute hike.
Since we’ll be outdoors, please 
dress appropriately
 and apply sunscreen and/or insect repellent to support your comfort.
Each registration includes 
one drink ticket
 to be used on June 15, 2025. Choose between a glass of cider or a can of non-alcoholic lemon hop water.
Big Bang Cider will be open from 12-6 PM. If you’ll be staying for a drink, feel free to 
bring your own picnic lunch
! There will be tables and chairs available.
No experience is required for laughter yoga and sound healing.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Water
Comfortable shoes, a light jacket, and anything else to support your comfort for a short hike into the forest
Optional: picnic lunch
