Join the upcoming Soundwalk series with Maja Zećo - discussion event, taking place at the Old Torry Community Centre in Aberdeen. This event is intended for previous participants of Maja Zećo's soundwalk series, held at St Fittick's Park. Maja has curated a series of immersive soundwalks since October, focused on exploring the environment and engaging participants in the unique soundscape of the park. Through thought-provoking questions and specially designed scores, walkers have had the opportunity to listen to the diverse range of natural and manmade sounds within the park. The discussion session provides a relaxed and informal setting for participants to share their reflections and continue the conversation with Maja and the project team. Bring your notebook along to share your experiences. In addition to discussing the soundwalk series, the co-organizers will also provide insights into the broader project 'Living with Energy Transition', and there will be opportunities for questions and dialogue. Travel to the venue by bus is convenient, with the number 12 or 3b bus stopping at Mansefield Road, Victoria Road. Limited on-street parking is available for those traveling by car.
