DEMONSTRATION EVENT.
Your Chef: Bruno Feldeisen
Andalusia is the region encompassing much of the Southern coastline of Spain. Andalusia's coast has unique access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, and culinary influences come from the historic Christian, Muslim and Jewish traditions of the region.
On the menu tonight:
Huevos A la Flamenca 
- A traditional Spanish dish that translates to "Flamenco-style eggs." It features eggs baked in a flavorful tomato sauce with vegetables.
Baked Tuna with Onion and White Wine
 - Tuna is a staple of Spanish cuisine, and is featured in a variety of traditional Spanish dishes. The white wine in this dish helps to keep the tuna moist and infuses it with a subtle, delicate flavor. The onions become caramelized and add sweetness to the dish, creating a delicious and flavorful meal.
Alfajores Cookies
 - These delicate and buttery cookies are typically made with two shortbread-like cookies sandwiched together with dulce de leche, a sweet caramel-like filling made from milk and sugar.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged during the event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
