Join us on the evening of the 29th October for a very special Halloween experience at Maven. We’ll be heading under the Lisburn Road, right into the former Bank of Ireland vault for a selection of spooky stories inspired by the witches of Island Magee. The evening will be led by friend of Maven, David Fullerton. David was a science teacher and Head of Biology until his retirement and was also involved in music and drama both in and out of school. He is an active member of the South Bank Playhouse where he acts and directs. He loves ghost and horror stories of all sorts, being particularly attracted to Edgar Allan Poe and M. R James. For this evening, David will include some of his own tales to bristle your hair and curdle your blood! May be too scary for under 12s! Event will last approximately 30(ish) minutes and refreshments will be provided. We can’t wait for you to join us at what promises to be a very special event.
