No step? No problem! Steps are available, or you can opt to work out on the floor. Enhance your cardiovascular fitness and step count while grooving to retro tunes, one song at a time. Remember to bring your own water bottle and towel for a sweat-inducing session.

Join us for your first class free of charge, with subsequent classes priced at $8 each payable at the door. Prior to the event on March 13, 2024, kindly complete a pre-exercise form and disclose any medical conditions to our instructor. If feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please stay home. Our last stop on the Gold Coast was Burleigh Heads National Park, there are several walks on this small headland that were manageable even for my older partner. After parking at the free car park at the end of Goodwin Terrace we hit the road. We walked up the hill and up a short but steep flight of stairs to a sealed sloping road with three lookouts along the way. We walked slowly as it took my partner 15 minutes to reach Tumgum Hill. There were three or four benches along the way and large rocks to sit on. With more time it would have been pleasant to walk to the beach. Parking is charged around Burleigh Heads and is restricted and charged except for the free car park near the entrance to the NP. This is a very popular destination.
