Step Up For Ostomy
, a national awareness and fundraising event in support of Canadians living with an ostomy. This year’s event will feature a 
fitness-focused guest speaker
 to inspire and educate, followed by a 
walk around the adjacent municipal park
 and a chance to connect over 
refreshments

This is a wonderful opportunity to come together, share experiences, and raise awareness about ostomy life in a supportive and welcoming environment.
