 before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.
PARTIALLY HANDS-ON EVENT.
Your Chef: Sue Wiebe
In this class, learn how to make the most delicious scones, hands on and take home! And enjoy delicious treat to celebrate Strawberry season!
On the menu for you to enjoy during the class:
Welcome snack platter of cheese, crackers, jams and spreads
Scones made by Chef while students scones bake, with Mock Devonshire cream & Homemade Strawberry Preserves.
Strawberry Tiramisu, chilled, garnished with a Fresh Strawberry & a sprig of mint.
Served with a glass of alcohol free Rose sparkling wine
Hands On Preparation:
Students will prepare & take home Cream Scones to enjoy later.
Please bring a container to transport these delights home

Assembly of Strawberry Tiramisu
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)
Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged for this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
