Strides to Sprints: Part 2
 is a high-energy, movement-first workshop for runners looking to build speed, explore middle-distance efforts, and move with more intention on the track.
This edition features sprint work, middle-distance pacing, and a full fueled intermission. All led by a team of experienced coaches. Whether you joined us last time or this is your first track day, you’ll leave with sharper mechanics, smoother rhythm, and new ways to build power and confidence in your stride.
What’s Included:
Sprint mechanics + acceleration drills (Part 1 energy returns!)
Middle-distance intervals (400/800m style, scalable for all paces)
Vendor intermission with fuel, recovery, and community
Recovery flow + cooldown
Your Coaches:
We’re assembling an all-star roster for Part 2 featuring performance coaches, track athletes, and movement pros who bring serious energy to the lanes. Some familiar faces will return, and a few new ones might just surprise you. From sprint mechanics to middle-distance strategy, warm-ups to recovery, you’ll be in good hands. Full lineup announced soon. Stay tuned.
