With a schedule from 8am-6pm on Friday and Saturday, and 8am-5pm on Sunday, this intensive certification will provide you with the knowledge and skills to become a certified StrongFirst Lifter Instructor.

In addition to the certification, there is also an opportunity to attempt the Beast Tamer/Iron Maiden Challenge. This challenge consists of a strict military press, a tactical pullup, and a pistol. Only those who have completed all three lifts earn the title of Beast Tamer or Iron Maiden.
