Welcome to our Summer Vedic Tantra Yoga Workshop & Sound Bath. Join us for a rejuvenating day filled with relaxation, meditation, and self-discovery. This in-person event will take place on Sun, Jul 06, 2025 at **Great Witley Village Hall**
Experience the power of Kundalini and Tantra yoga as you are guided through various techniques to help you connect with your inner self and find balance and harmony in your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this workshop is open to all levels. An open mind is all that is needed. (This does not involve Spiritual Intimacy with a partner)
We will open the day with meditation and setting intentions followed by Asana practice. We will then go deeper into meditative practices using a series of Kriyas, Pranayams and simple Mantra. The day will end with a lovely Sound Healing experience brought to us by the Laura Clarke, an experienced musician and Spiritual Guide. There will be a break half way through the workshop for refreshments.
WHAT TO BRING
A water bottle. Yoga mat. Blanket & Cushions. Blocks if needed.
