Science allows us to solve problems, promote social progress, and bring convenience to human life. In addition to continuous research on science, the pursuit of scientific progress is also crucial to promote scientific knowledge, provide an environment for learning and exploring science, arouse people's curiosity about science, strengthen people's understanding and trust in science, and thus improve the scientific literacy of the whole people and increase international competitiveness. 
Since 2020, the Taiwan Science Festival has launched more than 100 kinds and nearly 1,000 scientific activities each year. Over the years, it has become an annual event that many people look forward to, attracting more than 1.8 million people to participate. All activities are oriented towards the "17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations", showing the importance and contribution of science to achieving sustainable development, and promoting popular science education through diversified innovation and entertaining ways to stimulate the interest of the whole people in scientific exploration. 
The fifth Taiwan Science Festival is themed "Trust in Science and Move Forward to Sustainability". It is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the National Science and Technology Commission, hosted by the five major science museums, and cooperates with popular science bases, local governments, colleges and universities, enterprises and research and development institutions throughout Taiwan to create an annual event that showcases Taiwan's scientific energy. This year, it offers rich and diverse experience activities, science experiment shows, science markets and popular science drama performances, etc., so that the public can get close to science, experience science, like science and trust science.

Fengjia Night Market is a must-visit food gathering place in Taichung. It is crowded with people from the evening, with students and tourists interweaving, lively but not crowded. There are so many kinds of snacks here that it is dazzling. The most popular one is Guanzhilin&#39;s large intestine wrapped in small intestine. The glutinous rice sausage is wrapped in grilled sausage and brushed with special sauce. The queue is long but worth it. If you like to be curious, you can try the rainbow potato chips. This is a relatively old night market in Taichung. It is a good place for late night snacks. The stalls are located on Section 1 and Section 2 of Zhonghua Road.
