Prior to this, she obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago in 2018.

Driven by a desire to explore questions that architecture couldn't fully answer, Carolina embarked on an artistic journey, experimenting with materials and performance. Through her work, she examines how we use our bodies in space, the significance of utilizing space, and our perception of human presence. Her artistic endeavors have taken her to various exhibitions in Santiago, Albany, and New York City. Carolina has also participated in prestigious residencies such as Arts Letters & Numbers in upstate New York and the Belgrade Art Studio online.

One of her most recent creations, "monas cigotas" (2023), has been selected to be showcased in the South-American Performance Art cycle at Grace Exhibition Space in New York. This remarkable piece is a testament to Carolina's artistic prowess and her ability to captivate audiences with her unique perspective on the relationship between bodies and space.
