This 4-day outdoor event will showcase live music, arts, food, and culture, offering a vibrant celebration of Caribbean heritage. Visitors can enjoy free entrance from 12 pm to 11 pm daily, with no tickets required for access. The festival features an array of activities, including live band shows, dance and percussion workshops by Saya Percussion, beach volleyball, a kids zone with a pool and boats, Caribbean karaoke contests, and a variety of Caribbean restaurants representing English, French, and Spanish islands. Don't miss Project 'One Love' at the BCRC tent on-site. Join us to immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Caribbean culture, promoting diversity and fostering cultural integration. The bell tower in the Old Port is a distance from the city center. No tickets are required.
The bell tower is built on the shore of Lake St. Lawrence. You cannot climb the tower when you go there. I don&#39;t know if tourists will have the opportunity to climb the tower.
