Event Details: When: Every Thursday in July (July 10, 17, 24, 31). Each Thursday will feature different choreography and companies. The Kennedy Dancers will also perform.Where: J. Owen Grundy Pier, Exchange Place & Hudson St, Jersey City, NJ 07302 (Across the Hudson River, opposite the Freedom Tower).Evening Performances:Performances begin at 6:30 PM. Call time & setup at 5:30 PM, with 2-3 companies and the Kennedy Dancers performing each night.Cost: Free to the public—A unique summer experience for everyone!

This is not really a park. It is an observation deck along the Hudson River at the easternmost part of Jersey City, next to the Hyatt Hotel and the subway station. This is also one of the best views of Manhattan, New York. We went there at night and took a few photos of the night view, see the attached picture. The night view of the iPhone is average. There are also resident singers in the square to set off the atmosphere.
