! Join us at 
Ace Eat Serve
 to share your personal leadership journey and join the support system for emerging leaders with subordinated identities aimed at fostering safety in applying to represent their communities in these important decision-making spaces. Let's raise a toast to new beginnings and a successful fellowship ahead!
This fellowship is a 6-month commitment that includes facilitated group trainings, networking opportunities with decision-makers from across the state, and one-on-one mentorship with an experienced leader. Through this process we will help our fellows find a seat that aligns with their values and apply with confidence.
This mixer will be the first time our cohort of fellows will meet before initiating their trainings. Your presence in this mixer is an integral networking opportunity, and will set the stage for the remainder of the fellowship, helping them feel safe, invested in, and cared for by our broader statewide leadership coalition. Refreshments and appetizers will be served.

 para compartir tu trayectoria personal de liderazgo y unirte al sistema de apoyo para líderes emergentes con identidades subordinadas cuyo objetivo es fomentar la seguridad a la hora de solicitar representar a sus comunidades en estos importantes espacios de toma de decisiones. ¡Brindemos por los nuevos comienzos y por una fructífera beca!
Esta beca es un compromiso de 6 meses que incluye cursos de formación en grupo, oportunidades de establecer contactos con responsables de la toma de decisiones de todo el estado y tutorías individuales con un líder experimentado. A través de este proceso ayudaremos a nuestros becarios a encontrar un puesto que se ajuste a sus valores y a presentar su candidatura con confianza.
Este encuentro será la primera vez que los becarios se reúnan antes de iniciar su formación. Tu presencia en esta reunión es una oportunidad integral para establecer contactos, y establecerá las bases para el resto de la beca, ayudándoles a sentirse seguros, involucrados y cuidados por nuestra amplia coalición de liderazgo estatal. Se servirán refrescos y aperitivos.
