I visited your theater on the opening day for Alien Romulus. I shopped around and had plenty of choices but ultimately I chose your theater because of the alien popcorn bucket. When I showed up on opening day, 15 AUG 2024, I found out that all the buckets had been sold out for a week and none of the promotional souvenirs were retained for purchase by people who had actually paid to watch the movie. THIS WAS THE ONLY REASON THAT I CHOSE YOUR THEATER! I was prepared to buy 3, one for each of my daughters.  I worked at a movie theater in my early adult life and if we had allowed special promotional materials to be purchased by anyone without a ticket to the spastic movie we faced reprimand or termination. This is totally unacceptable and neither I nor my daughters have any desire to visit any of your theaters again, ever
