Join The Run Rx September Run Club in Somerville for a Fall shakeout run! This exciting event, in partnership with Winter Hill Brewery and Altra Footwear, is perfect for all fitness enthusiasts. Lace up your Altra shoes and join us for an easy 3-mile (possible option for 5) shakeout run around the beautiful Mystic River. After the run, head back to The Run Rx where you can enjoy complimentary treats and take advantage of foam rollers, Normatec Boots, and even free dry needling or cupping treatments. Our knowledgeable PT's will be available to answer any injury or training questions you may have.
