, we know the transition from maternity leave to returning back to a career or job, is more than just “picking up where you left off.” It’s stepping into a new chapter, one that asks you to balance career ambitions with the demands of motherhood, while taking care of yourself in the process. You probably wonder, "How am I going to do this?"
That’s exactly why we created 
The Taskful Mom
, a 90-minute, in-person group experience for mothers returning to work after maternity leave.
Together, our hope is to:
● Create a safe, empowering space to explore the truth and reality of going back to work
● Talk openly about the emotional ups and downs of this transition
● Share strategies for managing 
mom guilt 
and the truth about 
balance
● Explore ways to advocate for flexibility and 
support for new moms returning to work
● Build connections with other moms who truly understand
You’ll leave with not just practical tools, but also a sense of belonging and the reassurance that you’re not navigating this season alone.
During this session, you will receive professional guidance, tools and support from a professional Mental Health Therapist. She will guide you on how to work through expectations, debunk myths and replace your fears with facts.
All those who attend will receive a 
signed receipt that can be used for insurance reimbursement through your benefits provider.
