Berlin Botanical Garden The earliest botanical garden in Berlin was built on royal land in the 18th century and moved to Durham in 1899. The botanical garden is surrounded by beautiful scenery. In an Art Nouveau glass greenhouse, orchids, palms, ferns, cacti and other exotic plants are cultivated. Water lilies and small waterfalls in the pond accompany them, which is very interesting. After the visit, you can also take a leisurely walk on the outdoor grass. If you are interested, you can also visit the museum in the garden, which contains many precious plant specimens and fossils.
