On average, competitors finish the Hyrox Race in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The race stations include a variety of activities such as SkiErg, Sled Push and Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.

To participate, it is crucial to select the correct ticket category, depending on your gender and the gender of your partner. Each functional station will be split between you and your partner, so ensure you provide accurate details when booking.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.
