Learn the art of zine-making & explore themes of care through an investigation of spirit, radical imagination, and Afro/surrealism in a workshop led by Evan Starling-Davis. Centering visual literacy and memory, the program invites participants to utilize personal archives (family photos/documents), poetry/prose, found literature/magazines, and other visual material to create DIY zines that they can circulate in their respective communities.
