Timeless Portraits is an exhibition project that brings together marble busts from ancient Rome and photographic portraits by Rossano B. Maniscalchi, offering a visual and conceptual reflection on the power of images and the representation of identity. The exhibition unfolds through distant yet surprisingly similar eras, where the face, sculpted or photographed, becomes a mirror of time, a manifesto of ideas, a tool of memory, and a vehicle of emotion. Through a display that intertwines ancient and contemporary, the exhibition highlights how the search for truth, beauty, and interiority spans the centuries, keeping alive the tension between form and meaning. Conceived in three thematic sections—Change, Thought, Authority—the exhibition invites visitors to pause, observe, and question the faces, rediscovering in the suspension of their gaze the profound connection between past and present, between matter and thought. Timeless Portraits is thus a journey through the representation of humanity, in which the light of photography and the hardness of marble meet to evoke what endures and what transforms.At the heart of the project is the human face as a symbol of power, identity, and memory: a comparison between past and present that spans centuries of history and forms of expression.

The Fitz Art Gallery is truly breathtaking. Its collection is incredibly rich, and you&#39;ll find world-famous paintings at every glance! However, there are so many works that you can only see a fraction of them in five hours. If you don&#39;t do your research ahead of time, you&#39;ll easily get lost. It&#39;s also very crowded, and popular exhibition halls are often crowded, so be sure to reserve time in advance and be physically fit. A full day of walking around is exhausting, but it&#39;s definitely worth it!

The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is truly magnificent. Admission is free, allowing you to experience the grandeur of its interior without having to pay. Tickets can be purchased through the side entrance, bypassing the main entrance line, and include access to the bell tower. However, if you&#39;re looking for a panoramic view of Florence from above, you can choose between the dome or Giotto&#39;s bell tower, or both. The dome offers a close-up view of the frescoes and panoramic views of the city. The bell tower also offers a fantastic view, allowing you to capture the dome in full photographic space. Both steps are quite demanding, as they are quite long and challenging.

Although they are more expensive, these are safe and guaranteed tickets which can be bought on dates when the official tickets are sold out, especially closer to your visit date. We received the online tickets a day before our entry. Entrance was crowded but the staff are helpful to guide you to your designated ticket queue line. Inside the galleria was mildly crowded. The Michelangelo David statue was magnificent and there is ample space for you to admire and take pictures. Overall I would recommend this place.

The Uffizi Gallery is very classic, with a reasonable flow. The works of the masters are worth appreciating slowly. The Pitti Palace is worth seeing, and the interior is not hot. The Medici family is so powerful. The Boboli Gardens are just outside the Pitti Palace. I thought the Pitti Palace Gardens were far away from the Boboli Gardens, so I was still looking for the Boboli Gardens after walking around the Boboli Gardens. My family laughed to death. I accidentally went to the Castle Hill behind and encountered a heavy rain. It was quite pleasant to walk after the rain. I had the energy to continue to watch the sunset at the nearby Michelangelo Hill. We had seen it the day before and didn&#39;t go there

Santa Croce is also a typical church in Florence, with white as the base color and green facade as the painted color pattern. The square of this church should be the largest among all churches in the city, so it is very formal.

The courtyard is open to everyone. The Medici family&#39;s mansion looks very low-key both inside and outside, but if you look closely, you will find that the waistline of the building is very exquisitely designed, and the courtyard is also very neatly arranged. It feels that the Medici family is indeed a group of well-educated aristocrats.
