In this class we will be learning how to make and can passata from fresh tomatoes. After which you will learn to make gnocchi from scratch served with a fresh tomato and basil sauce. To accompany our pasta will you will also learn several side dishes, including a tomato salad and garlic buns. Enjoy the meal, the community connection and take home some creations.
