Your present, conscious breath is the bridge: it will meet you where you are and take you where you need to go. When you embody presence, you are not bent by your human experience, but rather, you embrace it as your catalyst to awakening to who you really are. It is then you experience liberation from suffering.
Some things change and some things are eternally true. To become present in the moment with yourself and your breath is to go beyond conditioned patterns, limited beliefs, attachments and roles, and to remember the YOU that remains unchanged and unchangeable.
When we change the way we breathe and begin asking new questions—we change the way we live, love and experience the world.

SESSION DETAILS:
❥ Each session will open with some content and inquiry, followed by a 50-minute breathwork session, and end with an open share.
❥ There are three sessions available to choose from:

from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
❥ When registering,

 before purchasing.
❥ Spots will only be held once registration is complete.
❥ Refunds will only be issued if your spot is filled by another participant.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/BRING:
❥ Bring your vulnerability and a deep desire for transformation.
❥ Bring your favourite cushions and blanket.
❥ Wear/bring layers since breathwork can induce a range of temperatures.
❥ Don't forget a pen and notebook, and your water bottle.

KELI CARPENTER'S BIO:
Keli is no stranger to mind, body and spirit awareness, having been introduced to transcendent meditation at 6 years old. With well over 20 years' experience, Keli is a Chopra Certiﬁed Transcendent Meditation Teacher (PSM®), Breathwork Facilitator and Trainer, Conscious Relationship, Parenting and Uncoupling Coach. She has studied with Gabor Maté, spoken alongside Peter Levin and Deepak Chopra. Keli is the founder of “The Other Side of Average– Therapy for the Soul and The TOSA Method.
Keli’s goal is to help conscious souls learn and master the three most essential tools that help align you with your soul’s purpose — your essential nature and the truest expression of yourself — all whilst healing and transcending past resentments and stories that have kept you stuck and in pain. It's then that you experience the miracles and fulfilment of life in every moment (especially during life’s inevitable obstacles).
