Whether you come solo or with a partner, this workshop invites you into deeper connection with yourself and those around you.
We’ll begin with an optional herbal dose (kindly provided by We Grow Magic) to open the senses and soften the mind. From there, enjoy a guided Thai massage experience led by Philip (@philip_amador), where you'll learn and receive nurturing techniques rooted in ancient healing practices.
After we move through the body, we drop into stillness with a restorative sound bath journey led by Leila (@leilalightbee) - allowing the vibrations carry you into integration & peace.
