If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations. 5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events? We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform. 6. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees? Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as PIP or Access Card. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility. 8. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer? The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people. 9. Is there a dress code? There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring. 10. An amazing castle and visiting the grounds was a treat. Full of history and going through the surroundings, it wasn&#39;t repetitive and not boring at all. I absolutely loved it and it&#39;s was very interesting. I love the Arab Room and the war shelters.
Reasonable priced tickets compared to the Royal castle prices.
I highly recommend this visit for all ages.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I love Cardiff. It&#39;s so refreshing compared to London.

Pleasant enough way to spend a couple of hours. Went primarily to see the paintings but (and of course this is entirely a matter of personal taste) there wasnt a lot to rock my boat and not a lot of range. Some of the pottery was quite interesting but could have been better displayed. The natural history section on the ground floor was rather more interesting than expected- not too &quot;dry&quot;
