This event is open to men and women of ages 30 and up of all ability to compete in the bench and deadlift. Entry for combined push/pull is $50. You cand add on single events for $25/each. Athletes competing in Deadlift or Bench ONLY (not both, entry fee is $50). Awards will be given for the top 3 athletes in each age division - School Age, Youth, Junior, Senior, and Master, and overall Best Lifters. Weight Classes:
Women- 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110+
Men - 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 110, 125, 140, 140+
Age Groups: 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

Session 1: All women and Lightweight Men
Session 2: All Middle and heavy weight Men ALL lifters MUST weigh-in the day before they lift--No same day weigh-ins During this event, meet participants of all skill levels look to max out in Bench and Deadlift. This is a raw powerlifting meet, no squat suits or bench shirts permitted.

Savannah is a port and tourist city on the Atlantic coast of Georgia, USA. Savannah was also the host city of the sailing competition of the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics! Savannah was founded in 1733. It was the capital of the British colony of Georgia at that time and later became the first state capital of Georgia. Savannah was named after the Savannah River and its origin also started from the river bank. Today, we will walk to the Savannah River to view the scenery on the Bund. The old road that has maintained its old appearance, the cargo ship sculpture by the river, the suspension bridge between Georgia and South Carolina from a distance, the exhibition gallery after the transformation of the old power plant, the old tools placed on the wall for visitors to visit, and the pier leading to each household.
