The 
Wild Womb Retreat
 is a full-day immersive experience inviting all who identify as women to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with the deep creative essence within. Held outdoors at Oakhenge, surrounded by nature’s late-summer beauty, this gathering is designed as a sanctuary for restoration, empowerment, and transformation.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through practices that honour the wisdom of the body and the cycles of the earth:
Womb Blessing Ceremony
 – A gentle ritual to open the day and set powerful intentions.
Herbal Yoni Steams
 – Optional Private, one-at-a-time experiences with a nourishing blend of organic mugwort, lavender, rose, and other womb-wise herbs.
Somatic Movement & Embodiment
 – Releasing tension and awakening vitality through guided movement.
Creative Ritual (Belly Beads)
 – Weave your own belly adornment as a symbol of reclamation and self-expression.
Circle & Connection
 – Share, listen, and be witnessed in a supportive community of women.
All meals provided will be 
gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan

soy-free options available
, ensuring nourishment for every body. We believe that “woman” includes 
cis women, trans women, non-binary, gender-fluid, and Two-Spirit individuals
 who feel called to this work, and that “womb” represents the 
creative, life-giving forces of the divine feminine
—a power we each hold, regardless of anatomy.
With limited spaces available, this intimate retreat offers the opportunity to be held by the earth, witnessed by community, and reawakened to your own inner knowing.

Location:
 Oakhenge, Cambridge, ON – outdoor natural setting with some uneven terrain (3 steps to bathroom area).
Who It’s For:
 All who identify as women, including cis, trans, non-binary, gender-fluid, and Two-Spirit individuals.
What’s Included:
 Womb blessing, herbal yoni steam, somatic movement, creative belly bead ritual, guided circle, and a nourishing plant-based lunch (gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, with soy-free options).
What to Bring:
 Comfortable clothing, water bottle, journal (provided but bring your favourite if you wish), and an open heart.
Accessibility:
 Some seating and ceremony spaces are outdoors. We will be saining (gentle smoke cleansing) with lavender, cedar, and mugwort. Please contact us in advance with any accessibility needs or sensitivities.

Visit the &quot;Mathematical Bridge&quot; attraction at Cambridge University. The bridge cleverly connects the college buildings on both sides of the Jianhe River, which connects not only the physical bridge of the college, but also the history and modernity, and is worth a visit.
