To be part of this enriching experience, check-in at the reception center upon arrival. Please note that punctuality is crucial as arrivals after 10:15 am will not be able to join the tour. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided if made 24 hours in advance.

After the tour, all guests are invited to enjoy the exhibitions for a self-guided visit. Enhance your experience with additional information available through QR codes installed throughout the exhibitions, accessible free-of-charge. We encourage visitors to bring their personal smartphones or small tablets, along with headphones, if possible. Limited devices are also available for those who need them.
