Kelly McMichael is a multi-instrumentalist who can sling a guitar, serenade on piano and program beats in equal measure. Kelly’s early songwriting career was established in Ontario around 2007 through DIY feminist electronic synth bands Rouge, and later on, Renders. Her interests cover a broad range of pop/rock production styles combining retro and futuristic sounds in service of commanding vocals and well-crafted songwriting. After a decade as a side player, McMichael’s independent debut LP Waves had a breakthrough in 2021, garnering a spot on the Polaris Prize shortlist, three Music NL Awards, and the ECMA for Best Rock Recording. Kelly’s sophomore album is a genreless expansion on the classic sound of her debut. Recorded and co-produced with Jake Nicoll, this music sits in the comfort of its core ideas while being utterly unafraid to try new things, including McMichael doing much of the recording herself. It plays exactly how its maker intended. “I write and record in a way that you’re just giving the song what it needs. Why limit the creativity? I don’t want limitations.”

Interestingly, we often walk down Grosvenor Street, but we never noticed St Patrick&rsquo;s Cathedral. That was our loss. A beautiful 1840s-built church, worth a visit whether you are religious or not. The altar, the windows, the statues, especially St Patrick&rsquo;s, are beautiful. We will have another visit because there was already a massive preparation when we visited and we didn&rsquo;t want to wander around.

The Sydney Harbour Bridge in Australia is a classic Sydney project. It is said that more than three million people have so far climbed the Harbour Bridge in uniform blue clothing, whether it is early morning, day, dusk or night. You can climb this bridge and enjoy the city view of Sydney in all directions. After climbing up, you can get a free photo and a certificate.

We visited here on our first day in Sydney. The museum looks small but has a rich history. We loved the exhibition area on the first floor of the museum about Catalans and indigenous people, and the media introduced here (audiovisual, interactive display, painting, artifacts) restore history. The building itself is worth taking pictures. The entrance is a bit hard to find, in an alley, you have to pay attention to roadside instructions. It takes about 2 hours to visit all areas. All in all, highly recommend visiting this museum in Sydney and it is free!

Traveling to Australia, this stop came to Sydney, and I checked in at Sydney&#39;s Rocks area. I passed by this museum, which is located opposite the Sydney Opera House. It was founded in May 1989 and officially opened to the public in 1991. It collects and exhibits contemporary art works from Australia, the Asia-Pacific region and all over the world. The museum was originally owned by the University of Sydney. Since 2001, it has been mainly funded by the New South Wales Government and the Australian Parliament. The museum has 3 floors and more than 4,000 collections, of which 3,060 works were donated by artist John Power, most of which are artworks after 1960. The museum is open from 10 am to 5 pm every day, extended to 9 pm on Wednesdays, and closed on Christmas Day. There is no fee to visit.

Traveling to Australia, this stop came to Sydney for a day trip to join a group of tourists, and a sunset cruise was arranged at sunset. Cruise boats will take a circle around Sydney Harbour, the road through the saw a sailboat, cruise ship docking place, I heard that there is a club, many fans joined this club, then parked the boat here, regularly held some activities or competitions and so on.
