Taking place on the 20th January 2024 at our Stockport venue, this specially designed course aims to empower women through an introduction to self-defence.

The Women's Only 'STAY AWAY' Self-Defence Course addresses both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence issues faced by women. Participants will delve into the complexities of male and female interactions, exploring common physical challenges. This highly interactive session includes roleplay exercises and physical self-defence training, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
