Women Empowered is the official Gracie Self Defence Program for Women based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Taught by Crystal Greenwood, owner and head instructor of Okami Martial Arts. Through Women Empowered we explore our vulnerabilities in order to develop our strength. *This program is taught though a trauma informed lens* What you'll need: Wear loose comfortable clothing as well as a water bottle.
