Workout at the Winery
Come join us for a fun and energizing event at 
Ridge Road Estate Winery
! This event is the perfect opportunity to get together with your girlfriends and other likeminded women to enjoy a combination of fitness and relaxation in one fabulous location. We will be doing a light body weight workout geared towards all fitness levels and a stretching series to finish (45 mins total) followed by a 6 oz glass of wine or a tasty mocktail of your choice included.
Your ticket purchase will include a mini swag bag and entry to win great prizes from local small businesses which will all be drawn at the event.
Don't forget your yoga mat, waterbottle and change of clothes if you plan to continue the wine tasting into the afternoon. Grab your girlfriends and lets have an afternoon to ourselves!
