Join Shawn Brown for an invigorating SlowFlow yoga experience amidst the lush jungle setting of B.Willow in Baltimore. Immerse yourself in nature as you engage in pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), and meditation. This all-levels class is thoughtfully designed to foster a deep connection with your body, the surrounding natural environment, and a loving community of like-minded individuals. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, come with an open heart and a readiness to embrace deep breathing. If you have a block, please bring it along; however, a few will be provided if needed. Please note that this workshop will take place upstairs in our exclusive event space.

Shawn Brown, a highly regarded yoga and meditation teacher as well as a reiki practitioner based in Baltimore, will lead this transformative experience. Growing up, Shawn developed a profound appreciation for nature, spending countless hours in the forests and waters. Through her extensive global travels, she has come to believe that the Earth is a remarkable teacher, and by attentively listening to the rhythms of nature, we gain a deeper understanding of our inner selves. In addition to teaching yoga and SUP yoga at various studios in Baltimore, Shawn enjoys hiking with her dog, embarking on adventures with her husband, engaging in climbing and paddleboarding, experimenting with vegetarian cuisine, attending live music events, reading, and immersing herself in the great outdoors. Shawn completed her 200-hour YTT at Charm City Yoga (YogaWorks) and has been sharing her passion for yoga since 2016.
