The performance of the "Min Nan Shen Yun" is a large-scale affair that reflects the folk customs of Fujian and Taiwan. December 28th passed, and the temperature dropped. It was the last performance. There were not many people on the scene. The opening was the auction of the works of calligrapher Ma Junjie. The final auction price of our show was 300 or 400 per piece. I don&rsquo;t understand calligraphy and can&rsquo;t comment on it.

The performance was quite interesting. It tells the story of the tour guide Ah Fei traveling back to the Ming Dynasty to visit southern Fujian. The modern electronic music San Taizi is cleverly integrated with the southern Fujian tradition; and through the love line of Ah Ming and Ah Mei, various elements such as Nanyin, puppetry, Mazu culture, and chest-beating dance are strung together. The performance of more than an hour highly presents the southern Fujian culture.

I was lucky enough to sit in the front row and participate in many activities. I often watch puppet shows, but this is my first time to experience it. It really tests the flexibility of my fingers. I also had a lot of fun tasting tea and grabbing wedding candies.

The ticket price is 288 yuan, which is quite high. If you are interested, I suggest you study the prices of various online travel platforms.

I went to Xiamen on a business trip and visited the city. I came to Nanputuo Temple. Nanputuo Temple is next to Xiamen University, at the foot of the southeast Wulao Peak. It was built in the late Tang Dynasty. It was called Sizhou Temple at that time. It was renamed Puzhao Temple during the Zhiping period of the Song Dynasty. Later, it was named &quot;Nanputuo Temple&quot; because it was located south of Putuo Mountain. It is one of the Buddhist resorts in southern Fujian. The main buildings on the central axis of the temple include: Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall, Dabei Hall, Sutra Pavilion, etc. There are also drum towers, meditation halls, guest halls, and warehouses. There is a very famous vegetarian restaurant in the temple. Many tourists come here, and many local residents come here to eat. The temple is very popular.
