Admission is free and the opening hours are 9:00-22:00. The building is 18 stories high and the top observation deck overlooks the panoramic view of the mountain city, especially the night view. There is a sculpture of Kuixing Pointing at the Dipper inside, which has a rich cultural heritage and is suitable for taking photos and checking in.
