1. Front Desk Service

The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and had a sweet smile. Check-in and check-out were incredibly quick, and she patiently explained the hotel&#39;s facilities and surroundings. When I requested a late check-out, she readily agreed, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Xiao Zhao, the front desk staff, was incredibly attentive and helpful. I was rushed to check in, but he efficiently handled everything and even asked if I needed any additional assistance. During my stay, any questions I had were promptly addressed and resolved.

Wanwan, the front desk staff, was enthusiastic and professional. She even gave me a small gift upon departure, which further solidified my impression of this hotel. My entire stay was a pleasant one, and I will definitely be back.

2. Room Service

The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless every day, leaving everything neatly arranged and the bed comfortably made. They also paid attention to details, such as the cute little touches in the bathroom, which added a warm touch. I accidentally stained the carpet in my room, and the staff came to address it promptly and with excellent service, without any complaints. They also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the room afterwards, which put me at ease.

Housekeeping was very responsive. I needed some extra towels that night, and they arrived shortly after I called. Their efficiency is truly commendable.

3. Dining Services

The hotel&#39;s breakfast is extensive and delicious. There are both Chinese and Western options, catering to a wide range of tastes. The friendly staff in the restaurant make dining a pleasant experience.

The hotel&#39;s breakfast buffet is excellent value, with fresh, well-prepared food. The omelettes and bread are particularly delicious and truly memorable.

During my meal in the restaurant, the staff were always prompt in refilling my tea and water, paying attention to my dining experience, and providing very attentive service.

4. Other Services

The hotel&#39;s gym is well-equipped and clean. I exercise every morning and find it very enjoyable. There&#39;s also a self-service laundry service, which is very convenient for long-term business travelers. The hotel offers free shuttle service, and the driver was punctual and friendly, making my trip even more convenient. The shuttle to Disneyland was especially thoughtful and saved me a lot of hassle.

The hotel&#39;s security measures are excellent, making me feel very safe. Security patrols are present day and night, making my stay reassuring.

The room was spacious and bright, with a simple, stylish yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The HD LCD TV in the room provided a private theater-like experience at night.

The room was equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a smart toilet and air purifier, making it very comfortable. The room was also very clean, with no odors.

I stayed in a round-bed room on the top floor of the building, offering a stunning view of the city at night.

It is very worthwhile to enter. Finally, take a boat in and then walk out. Friendly reminder, wear a hat because there is always dripping water. The environment is nothing to say. Don&#39;t worry, walk slowly. It is one of the most beautiful caves I have ever been to.

The thousand-year-old Yao village is worth a visit. I happened to be there on Saturday, and there were many tourists, very lively. It is an ancient village. I stayed in the south halfway up the mountain. The front was open, and the mountains were in front of me. I watched the sunrise, it was great!

The room was upgraded to a Deer Fun Room for free. The decoration style is full of childlike fun. The baby loves it very much. The design of the room fully considers the needs of children, such as toilets and washbasins. The hotel has all kinds of recreational facilities. On the first day of check-in, we went to the hot spring + water park. It was so exciting. On the second day, we went to the Shenshu Park. It was so fun that we didn&rsquo;t want to leave at noon. On the Deer Kissing Platform, we fed the giraffes at close range. The buffet dinner and breakfast were all tasted, with rich and varied varieties. Guanjia Jiahong&rsquo;s service is very considerate ❤️. We couldn&rsquo;t find the room card halfway, and asked the housekeeper to solve it immediately... In short, as a parent-child hotel, it is really worth recommending!

Dongtian Xianjing

Fenglinxiao Town is very fun. It&#39;s good to take children there for a day. The cave is very beautiful. We took a boat. The water was a bit turbid. We also had to climb up the mountain. The high spiral staircase was very far away. It was very inconvenient and tiring. In addition, it was raining, so we didn&#39;t get to the glass observation deck in the end.
