One of the things I was particularly looking forward to during this trip to Shanxi was the abundance of ancient buildings and the vast gardens. The environment was comfortable, and it wasn&#39;t very hot in September, with a cool breeze that was pleasant. There were still quite a few visitors.

It was crowded during the holidays, so I joined a group tour on Ctrip. It took me 20 minutes to queue up at the entrance. The overall explanation was okay, quite standard, without too many exciting parts. It was not much worse than renting an audio guide. Just follow the explanation and don&#39;t get lost.

It&#39;s worth a visit, as you can both sightsee and have fun. It&#39;s fun to take your children there. You can see plants that are rarely seen in daily life, various flowers, fireflies, cute pets, and you can pick dates. You can see the botanical garden lit up at night, which is very beautiful.

The exhibition hall on the third floor is relatively simple, with a popular science nature and is quite standard. The underground simulated coal mine is simply amazing. It feels very realistic, dark and narrow, and there are simulated mining equipment. It is a very novel experience. You can even wear a miner&#39;s hat with a light!

Shanxi Grand Theater in Transformation
From a distance, I couldn&#39;t imagine what kind of building it was, but it was very grand and charming. When I got closer, I was surprised that there was such an elegant place in such an empty place. Although I didn&#39;t see the bustling image of people coming in and out, the high-end and elegant architectural design was unforgettable.
Come on, friends, the exterior of Shanxi Grand Theater is attractive enough!
