The best hotel we stayed in this Harbin trip 👍🏻 Good location and we managed to book the largest room for 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) to stay together, front desk customer service provided extra one breakfast for my youngest boy (if not need additional ¥69) promised to give her good review here 🤭 We stayed here for 2 nights, enjoyed their breakfast and the 2-3 restaurant managers are so friendly and welcoming us ☺️ I have recommended to my sister she will stay here in mid December. Please continue to provide good service with promotional price for your clients ✨

The host is very kind & friendly. The room have no space to open luggage but can open on the bed as the bed is big. For muslim might be need to pray on the bed as the floor space quite small , also the toilet is also small. This hotel is a bit far from center area (10 min by car from centre) where the center area is a bit more happening. No halal shop in this area , can bring your own food/rte. The host deal with the owner of husky ride (60yuan/pax) & horse carriage (100yuan/pax) but actually there is a horse carriage that can get for 60yuan/pax 😌 Be sure to negotiate direct with the horse & husky owner after see them/him. Snow valley got two park to play winter activities. The owner will suggest the near one which is 400 yuan with snowmobile ride ( but actually can be 200yuan without snowmobile ride so be sure to tell them as they might not told you). The other park is 45 min from this hotel which is wusongling/rime ridge (more famous )which the area is more big than the other park with price 400yuan for snowmobile and other winter activities. The difference between both park is that the area & activities provided.

Excellent location Right next to Central Street Two streets and a few hundred meters away from Hagia Sophia The room is large enough with an indoor balcony and two beds. It is much larger than the average room. Still clean and hygienic The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas and is large enough so you won’t feel crowded. But the lobby is very small, it should be a general counter Although the counter is on the first floor, you have to climb stairs, which is inconvenient with large luggage. Even if you order takeout, you have to go downstairs and get it yourself. Secondly, there are many branches of Ruyi Hotel. Please write down the address clearly.

Room is very clean, heater in room and shower are working properly as expected. Room comes with free water and soft drinks and milk daily. There are also welcome gifts and tidbits (including the Modern ice-cream ) provided. Lobby has free drinks and tidbits. Ample of free mineral water! 24 hours room service! Walking distance (100m to Sophia square) . There are Russian provision store next to hotel selling at affordable prices, which is convenient to buy before leaving! Feels welcomed and pampered! Will definitely come back again if I visit Harbin city again!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a service officer—a lady who assisted us with our luggage to our hotel rooms. She exhibited a friendly demeanor and a commendable service attitude. Additionally, when we were departing, another staff member, whom I believe was named Geoff, helped us with our luggage into the taxi. His friendliness and willingness to assist were noteworthy. Despite the simplicity of their roles, it requires considerable effort to engage with numerous guests daily while maintaining a positive attitude, and they deserve commendation for their dedication. The hotel also features a laundry room with staff available to assist with laundry, which we found to be a thoughtful touch. I particularly enjoyed the additional fruits, tea, and desserts provided in our rooms after housekeeping, offering a delightful surprise after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was generous and reasonably priced. The primary drawback of this hotel pertains to cleanliness. While generally tidy, being an older establishment, it could benefit from increased attention to detail, particularly with vacuuming the carpets. Replacing the carpets with vinyl wood flooring could mitigate dust accumulation and be easier to maintain. Overall, the cleanliness issue is not particularly critical, as we are not overly fussy. I believe the hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by the staff significantly enhance its value, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The hotel is pretty clean and the room is really nicely decorated. But the doors to both the bathroom and shower don’t close properly. The underfloor heating of the room also doesn’t work properly and since we have a window in the room, it’s freezing.

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

Extremely warm hospitality from the host and hostess. She's so meticulous, caring and concerned about her guests, making sure everyone is comfortable. She helps with our travel plans and transport arrangements, too. She attends to every detail before and after we arrived at her cosy home. She even does the meals by herself with the help of four other friendly and helpful women. The breakfast is simple local porridge served with pickled vegetables and also hard boiled eggs. Snow valley is a small town 2 to 3 hours drive away from Snow Village. There are scheduled long distance buses from Harbin to and fro Harbin as well as Snow Village. The hostess will help her guests with the transport arrangements and the buses will pick guests up from the main street just 100m away from this accommodation.

Shengshi Jiayuan Hostel is far away from Harbin Snow Town about 2 hours by bus 🚌 We went there from 30 Dec 24 - 1 Jan 25 📅 I recommend ⭐⭐⭐ to whoever likes to stay in a local place. It's a good place, not many people and a lot of things to do. Staff are very friendly, like family. You need to pay 400 Yuan to do activities and you will pay 50 Yuan to rent helmets and glasses for skiing. The first activity is to take a photo of the mountain 🗻, Second activity is to Ski 🏂( you can ski as many times as you can ), Third activity is to ride a Snowmobile, and 5 more activities (ride a horse sled and dog sled not included in the activity of 400 yuan)

Senyue Villa is located in the innermost part of Dongsheng Snow Valley. This location made us quite depressed at first, because we took the bus and all the people got off the bus along the way. We sat at the end, and we were really a little anxious at night when we were cold and hungry. . But I realized the benefits the next day. The villa is located some distance away from the road and the central street. It is relatively independent and quiet. There is a large open space at the door where you can play in the snow, there is a frozen creek, and there is a self-built snow circle. Yes, the environment is very good. It is almost the closest B&B to Wusong Ridge and Leymus Mountain, and it is opposite Xinyelai Ski Resort, making it very convenient for various activities. The quadruple room we stayed in was not as good as the triple room. The room was smaller than the picture. There was no table in the room. Luggage and bags could only be piled on the floor. In the morning, there was fog and water on the other side of the window. The pillows would be a little wet. Don’t put your clothes there. Beside the pillow. My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

Exceptional service and very warmth and nice people. We’re using their transfer service and they assist us almost everything upon picking up, shared us about cultures and stories and also bring us around before arrived at the hotel. When arriving, they already someone welcome us at the station and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel and into room. It is a family run hotel, everyone with big smiles and happy vibe. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much. I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.

Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Toilet was squatting type. We slept on the ‘kang’ but room has warmer and humidifier. Basement room has urine smell especially at the corridor. Shower heater only can supply hot water for one person shower at a time. Second person need to wait for another 20-30min before another wave of hot water supply. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. We couldn’t make it for breakfast for the next day due to the excursion, but staffs provided us with boiled eggs and mantou on the go. The exterior view of the cottage was breathtaking, plus the snowing on the next day makes this place so magical. Recommend to those who wanna experience snowing.

It was my first time to experience RV accommodation. It was very fun. The RV was clean and tidy! The toiletries were all high-end, not in bags. It felt good. The front desk reception service was enthusiastic and the luggage arrangement was very thoughtful. I look forward to staying in the RV again when I come to Xuexiang next time.

Location is quite good near the shuttle bus drop off point. Less than 5mins walk. If you have a lot of luggage this is an important point as you don’t need to drag luggage in the snow to the accommodations. And they pull a trolley to come to help us with our luggage very good service. Rooms are decent but my friends have concern if they change the bedsheets everyday after every guests. Since we are just staying 1 night I think it was still bearable. They provided hot water and dongbei red jacket for us to take pictures and play around. You can also order breakfast from them that they can provide soya bean and buns and porridge.
