Family-friendly Hotels in Liaoning, China

This is a wonderful hotel located round the corner from the metro station and slap bang in the middle of the many malls and food outlets. As such, it's in a great location for tourists and visitors to this wonderful city. The hotel is big and spacious. The typical room is very very large compared to the average hotel, and the price is very cheap, representing excellent value for money. For anyone visiting downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all professional and courteous and the whole experience of staying at such nice hotels made my trip to China all the more memorable.

I stayed here because I was planning to take the train the next day, and it was located at the back entrance of Dalian Station. It was very close to the station, about a 2-minute walk. The room was renovated and clean. There was a 2-hour power outage in the afternoon, but I don't know if it was just a coincidence or if it happens often. I was about to go out so it didn't affect me, but the elevator was out of service. There is no refrigerator, but the price is relatively cheap and I recommend it if you are going to use the station.

We booked Fraser Suites as the earlier hotel we booked did not met our expectations. We were glad that we found Fraser Suites on trip.com as it did not disappoint. The executive 2 room that we booked was super spacious and the family loves it. The beds were comfortable. As the hotel was just beside a mall, line 2 subway, it was super convenient. There is also a 24 hour Lawson convenience shop. My little boy caught a fever on the third day. We approached the front desk in the morning and Ms Doris Gao helped us to order some medication and got it delivered to us in time. She was very helpful and also checked in with us on my little boy condition. We would also like to thank Aunty Amy Jiang who helped us kept the room clean and nice everyday. We appreciated her attentiveness very much. All in all, glad to have found Fraser Suites Dalian. We will book this hotel again when we visit Dalian next summer.

Stayed 43rd floor club room, room quality was good and very comfortable.  We enjoyed club lounge for breakfast and cocktail time, both the club IC manager Betty welcomed us very well.  The club lounge staff are all friendly and served us with nice hospitality.  Enjoyed stay at the Intercontinental Dalian.  We are sure back IC Dalian again!!

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, and the smart home system is also applied. The room design is very bright and will leave a deep impression on customers. Sanitation: Clean and tidy, it should be newly renovated, and there are no sanitary dead corners in the room. Environment: The transportation around the hotel is convenient and it is also very quiet at night. Service: Through meticulous service, guests can feel the warmth and comfort of home This hotel is very cost-effective, and it is rare to encounter such a high-quality hotel at this price.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast served was good. There were only 2 small issues. People smoking in the hotel, even with signs saying no smoking. Staff didn't stop people from smoking. And secondly during the night there's a strange humming noise in the bedroom.Otherwise a really good stay and I would definitely recommend others to book their stay there.

The Architecture is like European Style, amazing interior and exterior design, Luxury stay, one of the best hotel breakfasts in China for foreigners with huge variety. The list of things to enjoy are endless 👏but a bite too expensive, and for a hotel of this price there should be definitely a free mini bar and some free stuff in the room. Great sea and city view from the room.

The experience of staying here was great! The room was clean and bright, with a reasonable layout, complete facilities and good maintenance, comfortable and clean bedding, clean and tidy bathroom without odor, and the whole house was smart and convenient. The staff was enthusiastic and professional, the service was thoughtful and considerate, and there were robots delivering takeaways. From check-in to check-out, people felt at home. The hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation, dining and shopping. I will choose this place again next time I travel, and I recommend it to everyone!

My family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

The hotel lobby is on the 26th floor.There is a beautiful night scene, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very good. There is an air lobby, free ice cream upstairs, a 24-hour gym, washing machine and dryer. The facilities are very complete and the location is particularly good. There are many large shopping malls downstairs, and it is more than 10 minutes' walk from Dashuai House and the Forbidden City. It is very convenient, the service attitude is very good, the room is very clean, and there is free parking downstairs, which is a good check-in experience.There is also free afternoon tea, and from 1: 00 to 3: 00, it is a great check-in experience.

We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Spacious family room for three with a balcony that opens up in an internal courtyard, and comfy bed with two types of pillows. A good base to explore Shenyang and fairly quiet being lcated off to the quiet side near middle street with plenty of food options and attraction sites nearby. Ample breakfast options in the hotel. Have a small gym and laundry room.

The location of the hotel is quite obvious. Here in the North Station Square, it is very convenient to go out and close to the North Station.Come again next time.酒店位置不It's very convenient to travel, and I will stay in Shenyang next time. Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

This hotel is a great place with affable and warm staff and housekeepers, who have been very helpful and kind to us during our stay. Special compliments to hotel manager who wears a red suit for her great hospitality.

The hotel is pretty close to Shenyang station and shopping area. Taiyuan pedestrian shopping street is so liveable and fun during day and night. I booked for a non smoking room but given a smoking room. After requested to change, they were happy to fulfil my request. The manager was so helpful, thank you. They don’t speak English but have no issue in communication. Next morning I’ve met the manager again in the lobby, he told the staff in the breakfast room to help me as well, she especially brought me a plate with knife and fork and showed me to a table, great service, thank you.

Big room, with washing machine / dryer inside the room. It is conveniently located near 太原街. There is an underground shopping area where clothing shopping and nail parlours are located. One will also be spoilt with food choices within that location. Walking to Shenyang train station is approx. 12 to 15 minutes.

I stayed at Shangri-La for a couple of nights with my mom. The hotel is nice. The food in the main restaurant is not tasty and overpriced. The service and hospitality of the reception was great. Niki and her other colleague manager were doing a great job. The guy at the reception desk spoke very limited English and seemed to be clueless about the city. For example I asked to help me get a 6 seater to take me and my bicycle to the park by the river, he was trying to convince me there was no place for cycling there even though there is a great cycling trail.

When I changed my shoes when I checked in, I found untreated hair on the floor of the room. The inside of the bathroom sink was not satisfactory. I felt that it was not thoroughly cleaned, but the service staff had a good attitude and helped solve various problems. In addition, the hotel supplies are insufficient, such as drinking paper cups. There are no people waiting for the elevator. Room types that require a certain amount of time to check in are relatively quiet. Overall, they are OK. I don’t know if this is the case in Dandong.

Very easy check in and great staff! Location was perfect, with lots of restaurants in the shopping mall next door. Overall a great experience!

The location is in the center of Dandong, close to the Broken Bridge, travel photography, cruise, and Gaoli Street, where you can watch videos. We booked a tatami room, which was very comfortable for four people. The mineral water is at room temperature, and you can drink iced water as you like. The boss is a local, in a very good spirit, always cheerful, enthusiastic, but not excessive, and can introduce you to various routes without pushing hard. The accommodation experience is very good. It is said that you need to communicate with the boss in advance to reserve a parking space if you drive. The barbecue is on the terrace, but it is quiet in the hustle and bustle, and does not affect the rest

The whole house has a smart housekeeper, floor heating and central air conditioning. It only takes one to cross the street to walk to the Broken Bridge. When ordering takeout, the robot delivers the food. There is a self-service fully automatic washing machine on each floor. The lobby manager and staff at the front desk are very kind and friendly. They introduced us to the Gala BBQ restaurant, which is only an 8-minute walk away, and the nearby Weihao Morning Market and Yongchang Market, which perfectly avoid the queues of Internet celebrity restaurants. There are also Korean and Korean soup rice recommended by taxi drivers, the Carriage Bridge BBQ restaurant and Xinhaixianju recommended by the local sister I met on the plane, and all the taxi drivers I met are very enthusiastic. Avoiding the peak tourist season is a theme of the material. I wish Jinhe Hotel and Dandong will get better and better!

The facilities are complete and the sanitation is excellent. The hotel is right by the river and it is very convenient to check in on foot. The warm and considerate lady at the front desk is the biggest highlight😁. I had a fever when I arrived, and the hotel also provided a thermometer, which was full of details. Traveled to more than 130 cities and 6 million square kilometers. It is the top 5 value for money among more than 200 hotels I have stayed in👍🏻

First of all, the service of the lady at the front desk is really good. She is very nice and has a friendly smile. Because I brought my child, I was upgraded to a children's theme room for free. The room is very clean and the equipment is new and clean. The breakfast is also good, both Chinese and Western styles can be satisfied. Finally, let me talk about the geographical location. It takes two minutes to walk to the riverside. In the morning, I get up and walk to the riverside to look at North Korea across the river. It is very comfortable. Next time I go to Dandong, I will choose Yunshang again.

The inn is newly renovated, clean and hygienic, the service is warm, and the location is good. It is close to the broken bridge and has convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go for a walk by the Yalu River in the evening. There are many hotels around and there are many buses to the train station!

Good location from the river walkway to the broken bridge. Also a 15 minute taxi ride to the railway station made it very convenient. Best Western style and Chinese breakfast one could ask for as well as ongoing friendly service. The coffee could be better, but cannot compare it to a coffee shop. Spacious warm rooms made it the perfect place to rest and relax after a busy day (during winter). Will definitely be back if I return to Dandong

The hotel is located by the Yalu River. Just across the road from the hotel is the riverside. The room is very clean and comfortable. The parking lot is large and convenient. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I left the charger in the room and took the initiative to contact me. Thank you very much, very considerate. Excellent service, I will recommend it to my friends👍
