We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Fine Hotel in Kaohsiung City. The location is great — just about a 400m walk from the train station, which made getting around really convenient. The reception staff were incredibly nice and attentive, and we loved the free snacks and drinks available in the welcoming area. There’s even a laundry room on Level 2, which was super helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks waiting for us. The shower was spacious, and the water pressure was amazing. We’re sorry we don’t have hotel photos to share, but here are some pictures of the city instead. We truly enjoyed our stay every night!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The room view was superb. Waking up to it each morning honestly set the tone for the day. The bed was comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. We slept well throughout the stay. The location is another big plus. It is convenient, easy to get around, and close to key amenities, which is especially helpful when travelling with family. Overall, this hotel ticks all the right boxes. There were many hotels at Chaofu road because I wanted to stay somewhere near the shopping malls like ShinKong Mitsushita and The Lin would be the best option. I highly recommend this hotel because breakfast has a good spread, the team was excellent, helpful and they tried their best in their every way! Thank you especially to Donny; Amber and the team at front desk; they’re are all heaven sent! The room I’ve stayed at was luxurious!! Everything was memorable for me♥️🙏🏻✨ Thank you The Lin!! I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you’re in Taichung!!

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

Great hotel a bit far from everything. They refused to refill the regular tea, I requested 2, said I have to buy, then I said u can give us just one. Also said only refill for more than 1 day, not sure just communication or real issue. I was a little sick, so I had a good rest. Breakfast was avg for me as I don’t eat pork, so I didnot have much choice.

AAnonymous UserEverything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

GGuest User1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention.

得得弟一家老小的平凡Surprises and intentions are everywhere Every staff member is working hard to protect his or her position. Provide every guest with very high-quality service attitude! Highly recommended! Originally we thought there was only a small floor area, but after the staff introduced it, we followed their route and walked around. We really felt that this trip was worthwhile! The 24-hour campus shuttle service provides barrier-free service for those who are pregnant or have mobility impairments. We brought our dog with us, and there was a rest area for the dog, which needed to be paid for by the dog. Overall, it is a highly recommended hot spring accommodation!

CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

GGuest UserLocation is pretty good. Walking distance from Huanbei/Laojie River metro, about 10mins? Convenient stores avail near the hotel as well. It's v close to Zhongli Night Market, just about 3-5mins walk away. The king size bed can fit 2 pax comfortably. The room is also spacious for 3 of us, we could open up 2x big luggages and still have lots of walking space. I value bigger room esp when we have more ppl, for this price and such a big room, I think its really worth it. Basic amenities are all avail. Overall cleaniness wise, not too bad, only the 'sofa' (?) area had a bit of stain, everything else no visible dirt. My 2nd time staying here, 1st time was almost 10 years ago haha. Staffs are also helpful, thank you (:

台台灣娜娜The room was fully equipped with smart features, and although some of the devices were a bit clunky, it still made for a fantastic experience. The sound system was great, and the room itself was large and comfortable! The communal activity area even had a waterslide! While it was on the smaller side, even I, a 'big kid' at 168cm, had a blast on it. The ground-floor terrace pool was huge and wonderful, offering plenty of Instagrammable seating. There was even a separate smaller pool area! It's absolutely perfect for a family getaway with children, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you never have to worry about disturbing anyone. The in-room hot spring was superb! The tub was so spacious it felt like it could easily accommodate five people. The only minor downside was the bed, which was quite firm. However, for those who prefer a firm mattress, it's a major plus and a refreshing change from hotels that only feature soft beds.

GGuest UserAmanda Hotel is a very special hotel. Although it is a small hotel, there is a lift that is very convenient for the guests with the elderly. We stayed at the Rose suite that continues 2 bedrooms. The hotel also provides the Aladdin costume for renting to the hotel guests during the stay. The indoor swimming pool &the games in the game room are all complimentary. This is a highly recommended hotel in Kenting.

JJoBro27Pros - Super Convenient across a traffic crossing Is XiMenDing Night Market and street for food, souvenirs , local snacks and some shopping. - Very Grand Looking Building and Lobby looks newly renovated and the wallpaper and design of the rooms looks nice overall. - The location is like close to many attractions for example it takes only 3-4 stops of bus/metro can bring you to places like diff night markets Raohe, Ningxia , Dongmen Market, Nanmen Market or Zhongshan station. Cons Cleanliness/Hygiene is the biggest concern - Seen many bad reviews but chose to stay as I have limited choices as I book 1 week before stay and due to the location I have to take into consideration staying with my parents. - Dirty/mushy carpets on the corridor of the rooms looked stained. - Leaking Shower Heads hose with black/stained rubber seals on the shower head water outlet - Sofa that makes u itchy and the quvet/bedsheet of the bed was making u itch - Slept first night with itch on my family room with 2 queen bed and my bed was the one which itched, day 2 morning put on the green sign label on my bed to request for change of bedsheet and come back at night after a long day found it to be the same as my quvet I saw mini blood stain on it was exactly the same immediately I called the receptionist for a change of bedsheet and the room maker says quvet would only be changed upon request at the reception. - Upon sleeping there for at least 3 nights I realise that they sometimes don’t change your towels or bedsheet but instead they would just rearrange instead even if u put on the change of bedsheet signboard. - Fridge was small but sufficient but it was so loose and light weight n shaky if u open with slightly stronger force it will drop out of the shelve - Last of all the concept of the bath tub was so bad u have to climb into the bath tub to shower which is normal at some hotel but it isn’t all cause they have a sliding glass on the bathtub to prevent water spilling over but it was not fixed to slide open wide enough it’s tight for u to climb in and it can be slippery even with the slip mat in the bathtub climbing in and out could easily be a risk of slip and fall especially with my parents they can incur even higher risk. Credits to the Philippine Lady room maker she was very polite and helpful she does thing very fast and help to change of bedsheet even at night 10-11pm without being unglam when we encounter itch and she provided a bedsheet cloth to lay over the sofa and spray disinfectant on it to ensure comfort for us.
